🌟 Return Policy

Returns are rare at Devine Philautia, but we understand that circumstances arise. Here's how to proceed:
•     Initiate within 3 days of receiving your item.
•     Return in original condition, including your order number and purchase details.
•     Buyer covers return shipping (via delivery or courier).
•     Refunds issued only after item is received and inspected.
•     Refund includes item cost + tax, minus a 10% restocking fee.
•     Shipping fees are non-refundable.
•     If your original order qualified for free shipping and the return brings your total below $250, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
📌 Bracelets are final sale and cannot be returned.🚚

🔄 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are also rare, but we’re happy to help when possible:
•     Initiate within 3 days of receiving your item.
•     Return in original condition, with order number and purchase details.
•     Buyer covers shipping for both the return and the exchanged item.
•     Exchanges processed only after original item is received and inspected.
•     Shipping fees are non-refundable.
📌 Bracelets cannot be exchanged.

📦 Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
•     Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
•     Include clear photos of the damage.
•     Claims made after 24 hours cannot be honored.
•     We’ll guide you through the insurance claim process with the shipping provider.
•     Respectful communication is required. Aggressive behavior will result in refusal of assistance.

Missing Shipments
If your tracking number shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it:
•     Contact us immediately.
•     We’ll open an investigation with the shipping provider.
•     This process may take time—thank you for your patience.
•     We act as a liaison, but are not liable for lost parcels.

 Shipping, Pickups & Returns Policy
📦 Order Fulfillment

We fulfill all orders in the order they are received. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. Business days refer only to days we are actively working.
You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

🛍️ Order Pickups
If you’ve selected local pickup:
•     You will be notified by email when your order is ready.
•     Please do not arrive for pickup until you’ve received confirmation.
•     We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting us immediately after placing your order.

💰 Shipping Prices
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your items.
•     Please add your items to your cart to view shipping costs.
•     We are unable to manually quote shipping fees outside of the checkout system.

📍 Shipping Addresses

🧾 Address Accuracy

•     Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

•     We are not responsible for delays or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

•     If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipping fees will apply.

Packaging & Handling

•     All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

•     Fragile items are marked and handled with extra care.

At checkout, please select the shipping method that best suits your needs.
•     Standard Tracked Shipping: We will choose the most cost-effective option.
•     PO Box Addresses: Only Canada Post is available for PO Box deliveries.
•     Free Shipping Eligibility: Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping, except when shipping to PO Boxes.

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers including:
•     Canada Post
•     GLS
•     UPS
•     FedEx
•     Canpar
•     Purolator
Please select your preferred carrier at checkout when available.

Shipping Duration
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping provider.
•     We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
•     We are not liable for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during international shipping.

🧾 Customs & Duties
All customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

🛠️ Damages During Shipping
All shipments are insured to the value of your order.
If your item arrives damaged:
•     Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
•     Include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
•     We will initiate a claim with the shipping provider.
📌 Please note:
•     The shipping provider may contact you for additional proof.
•     Failure to respond to their requests may result in the claim being denied.
•     If the claim is approved, we will issue a replacement (if in stock) or a refund, at our discretion.

🛒 Damages After Pickup or In-Store Purchase
All orders are packaged in perfect condition. If damage occurs after pickup or in-store purchase, we are not responsible for replacements.
Please handle your parcel with care to protect your investment.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 4 hours of placing your order.
•     Cancellations are subject to approval and are not guaranteed.
•     Approved cancellations will incur a 10% non-refundable restocking fee (based on your order’s grand total).
